Friday,15th May 2009My ShizziAfter all the fun I had with my girls,I've been urging to post it on my blog immediately.
However,I did not...coz I was waiting for Belle and Yan Qin to upload the photos we have taken during the outing we had last Friday. So,this is how it went...Enjoy!Oh ya!On my previous post,I'd mentioned that I'll be going out with Yun Hao for the Karaoke session right?Instead,I went out with my girls. At first,Yan Qin suggested to head down to east coast park to have a breath-taking to relax ourselves after stressing out for the past few weeks.This is really a special event to me because Kelly,Belle,Zi En,Si Ting and Yan Qin will all be going.Usually,I'll just stick around Yan Qin and Si Ting and now,it's the best time to spend with all my girls.It's pretty rare to have Zi En to accompany us a day coz her parents were much more stricter.For those who does not really know Zi En,all I can say is she's really a sporty and enthusiastic lady.So,she suggested us to rent our bicycles at Tampines Sunplaza park and then cycle our way to East Coast.Rather thrilling huh?? Sure it is:) Majority agreed to her decision and off we go.....
Right,so tiredness greeted me right in the morning and woke up to switch off my alarm..Guess what?? I set my alarm at 8.30 am and it rang at 7.30am instead.WTH!! I could have slept for another hour! It's time for me to change my hand phone...problems are surfacing one by one daily...Man~~Dragged myself off the bed and went to be my usual netizen:D Washed up and had a light breakfast then off to prepare my stuffs and all. Supposedly,we should be meeting one another by 11am opposite the regional library bus stop.Well,I guess my girls were pretty anxious to start the day and they got there real early..and yea,I'm the tardy queen that day...but I wasn't late!!Went straight to the bicycle shop to choose a suitable bike for ourselves and looked around to check whether there's any map to guide us along the park connector's routes.Well,the shop lady told us not to worry if we just follow the PCN mark on the road and it will eventually lead us to East Coast SAFELY.Phew,thanks lady boss:) Spent 15-20 minutes crapping around in the bicycle shop while the shopkeeper helped us to check our bicycles are in good condition coz we'll be travelling quite a distance.Everything's done and we voted Zi En to be the one to lead the way...coz she's bold and wild.With her leading the way,we felt safe^^
All of us were extremely happy and thrilled to be able to cycle our way to East Coast without the help of the adults.Along the way,we were all very united and would always check one another's safety...whenever we are crossing the road,the front person would always warn the ones behind to watch out for the cars.I'm really fortunate to have friends like them to make me safe and somehow,a kind of happiness that I can't really describe it myself.Love my ladies
Cycled our way to bedok reservoir and then to Eunos!! Yeah,a clap for us! Saw quite a lot of private houses around the Eunos estate and it was really dangerous to cycle around there coz the cars will just turn in without any warning.As a result,Belle almost being knocked down by a car..when I turned back to check Belle's and Si Ting's safety,a car just turned in and Belle was already starting off her bike..LOL then I shouted REAL LOUD to warn her to get back on the track..LOL What a fright! Glad that she's fine:)En...Everyone was almost half dead when we reached Eunos except for me and Zi En hehe^^Mainly because of climbing up the stairs of the overhead bridge and whats more,with our bicycles! Fortunately two other more bridges were slopes instead of stairs.During the journey,Zi En was always the one far in front who lead us to steep slopes,narrow corners and to cycle across the grasslands.Yan Qin was very angry about this as Zi En should choose a safer routes for us to cycle.Coz Kelly is not really not very good to handle the bicycle since we're cycling in the public...Well,Zi En did pointed out that there was a gentle slope beside the steep one and it was Kelly who choose to follow the group..Every one's not to blame right??Safety and precautions are the most important!!^^All of us were stuck at Eunos as the markings of the PCN were nowhere to be found..So,we just cycled around to try our luck and met another female cyclist.Coincidentally,she was also heading to east coast.She led our way there and all of us were dehydrated and famished.Immediately,we ride straight to the East Coast Mac to grab a bite.Yummy^0^Washed our hands then off to order our foods and beverages.Settled down and ate while crapping and joking around.After our stomachs were filled,we went on to cycle around and played along the beach..During the journey,Belle took a handful of photos which I'll be uploading it up later.So,we'd spent our time cam whoring and enjoyed the view of the mother nature and it was really a good way to distress! Weather's good,blue sea,people's laughter simply marks our day.After everything,cabbed to Simei with Kelly to have her fringe trimmed...haa~nice fringe^^
Hanged around in the Popular and bought some stuffs. Plan to have our group revision next weekend at TP's library.So yah,all the best ladies^^Okay,here are the photos as promised:
